Skillet Ribeye Steaks

I love to grill, but somedays I want my steak and I don't want to meet the elements to get it. So in comes my trusty cast iron skillet. With it you'll get a beautifully browned, flavorful steak without having the fuss of the grill. Now, I like a nice little crust on my steak, where the meat has started to brown and caramelize in the pan. And the secret to this for me is butter and a HOT skillet. The second thing is W'HAM. I hope you've read my kitchen hacks section where I mentioned it's a must hae seasoning. If you don't have it, get it on Amazon NOW. I seriously do not know how to season food for the grill that well. I don't have any special rubs or secret ingredients, I just bust out the W'HAM and magic happens- people LOVE everything I put this stuff on!! It's idiot proof for real.
