Hawaiian Roll Sliders

I meeeeean, most people I know can eat a pack of Hawaiian rolls by themselves. They are just so damn good! So when you put a juicy cheeseburger between those buns... (whoa, that kinda went somewhere else, but I'm not deleting iiiiiiit!!!! Bwahahahahaaaaa!!!). Anywho, just make the cheeseburgers. I think I need to step away from the computer for awhile. 

Ingredients

Yields 12- 3 oz sliders

12 Hawaiian Rolls

2 pounds ground chuck

1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt

1/4 cup Italian dressing

1/4 cup W'HAM seasoning

1 package Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Mix

Directions

1. These are excellent for the outdoor grill or a George Foreman. If you're using one of those, preheat them. But, if you don't have a grill available, heat a nonstick skillet up now!

2. Season the meat with all of the ingredients, and divide them into 12 even portions.

3. Press them out until they are a little bigger than the width of the rolls. That way when they cook and shrink, your burger to bread ratio will be perfect!

4. While the burgers are cooking, I like to butter and toast the bread. If you don't like to multi-task, just do this step first and set the buns aside.

5. Just before you take the burgers off the grill add your favorite cheese and allow to melt. If you're putting them in the skillet, I like to put a lid that won't touch the cheese over the burgers to allow the steam to melt the cheese.
